tid bits

The first day of spring. The pair of doves harmonizing on the back patio are on round two of their babies. They are fun to watch and they bring me joy.

Last weekend we had our dog Lacey trimmed real short...it was her first haircut. She went from a Golden Retriever to a Labrador in one afternoon! I think she looks adorable and I don't have any more warm-weather shedding to contend with. Hubby says she is embarrassed for the neighbor's dog to see her.

Erik is home on spring break and we are getting caught up on current events (and laundry).

My homeless friends are hangin' in there. I haven't seen Earl in a while. I heard he escaped from a care facility that he was recently assigned to after his last visit to the hospital.

I have a ton of homework for the weekend...but tonight is my night. I even indulged in some Ben & Jerry's!

Happy days of spring ~

Nice to catch up with you just a bit. Sounds like you are as busy as I am. I have 3 1/2 weeks until I sort of get my life back.

Nice to know that Spring is arriving for you! It is starting to cool down here nights and early mornings...lovely after a long warm summer!

I loved that blue bloom, but I can't identify it!

Happy Spring Days to you and yours Joni!

Hi Joni! It's great to see you! That's a beautiful photo.

That's so funny what your hubby said about the doggie being embarrassed. hahahaha It may be true though!

Have a wonderful weekend. :)

Glad things are going smoothly for you. Spring is such a peaceful time of year and gives much hope for the birth and rebirth. My flowers are starting to come out, and soon the beauty and color of the world will be here.

Oh Joni, we all are in need of Spring...

I'm glad Erik is home to give his mama some much needed hugs :)

Don't you love it when they come back home? Who cares about the laundry :)

Sounds like a good time to "drop by" for a coffee whilst the laundry is doing its thing. (I am a well-practiced Pro at all things 'folding', and a world class Master of the iron. [I know! It's sick ... but I love ironing. Go figure!])

I love basking in the Karma/Spirit of your Presence, My Dear Friend.

I love you ..

Glad to hear your homeless friends are doing okay. Hope Earl is okay and he must be if he is well enough to escape.

Homework! Yikes! You are an amazing lady to be able to keep up with all that you do

Tell you puppy it WILL grow out!

God Bless You Joni
