Random Photo 2

"Money makes us tired"
Graffiti outside of Bank of America in San Francisco, Ca.
It can also corrupt a nation.
** You ladies have convinced me to save my photos to a flash drive, so before they go off to storage I'll be sharing a few random shots to give them purpose for their existence.

I guess I am going to be the oddball who disagrees with the sentiments of the graffiti. There is nothing inherently wrong with money, as the statement suggests. Currency is what we use to barter our time and skills while we contribute to the good of society.

I would daresay that the person who wrote it is lacking in money. The person who wrote it defaced someone else's property, showing an immoral character and lack of judgement. It is not someone who is contributing to society in a meaningful way and does not possess a fountain of wisdom.

Yes, money can be very tiring and consuming sometimes, can't it?

Glad you are saving the photos...my brother in law put it like this ..that it takes soo much time to sit there and delete...it is more cost effective to buy the storage and transfer.

Mind you...I must admit, it is good to look at old photos though, isn't it?

[I do have a habit of trying to delete as I go..if it isn't up to scratch after I download it, out it goes..have to get more ruthless at this]!

ps It has just started to rain a little steadily here. (It has finally come down to us from the floods up north). How I wish I could send it down south to the bush fire affected areas!

I think if they were going to deface property (as Donna said), they should have written "the lack of money makes us tired". Times are defintely rough for most of us these days; I haven't seen it this bad in my lifetime. Being a single mom (back in the day) things were not easy by a long shot, yet we made do. It's becoming harder and harder to "make do" these days. We just have to plod along, have FAITH, and do the best we can.

(I'm glad you're saving your photo's) :)

Trying to make the money makes me tired. I'm finding out that I'm too old to cope with this economy!

I save my photos on a flash drive too and I keep them in my fireproof box along with my fine jewelry and my important papers! What I really need to do is get a scanner and try to store all of my pre-digital camera photos!
