I really like these memes that tell about who you are and things you like.
I love them too. I love hearing new things about my new friends.
See I never knew you were involved with boy/girl scouts. and Pretzels with mustard?? Never heard of that and I must say I love both flavors so I will need to try it! You have lived on both sides of the country and I had no doubt that you would help your homeless friends. Nothing too exciting??? Are you kidding me? I think that is all so incredible. and look at your TO DO List, sounds pretty busy to me. I love reading these things. Thanks for playing! and i love the flower picture too.
You have lots to do! I liked reading about you, and yes I also knew you'd be helping "your/our people". **HUGS**
Thanks Joni...it is always interesting to learn a little more about our friends!
10 years ago..all my kids got married...!!! Two engagements and three weddings, I think that might have been the year that I also had to attend eight funerals! I don't remember much else ..I would have to look up my diary! (That would be interesting).
5 jobs: worked in my aunty's newsagency; worked as a statistician briefly; wife and mother; then bringing up three kids on your own is also a different task ; looking after elderly mother till two years ago. Not to mention Abbey. Now being grandma to eight bright sparking littlies!!
5 treats: savoury biscuits and dip, nuts, fruit eg grapes, musctaels in season and licorice. I also like chocolate and candies but they don't really like me much!
5 things to do today: been for a walk, cancel trip to Toowoomba, ring neurologist re cortisone injection, ring surgeon re cortisone injection, buy a birthday present for a grandchild, clean the ceiling fans (with one and a half arms) and maybe have a cuppa with the ladies out at tennis if I get to visit them out there...there's lots more to do...wonder what else will get done..oh, reserve baby car seats to hire when the family visit next month...have a rest, read a book, not to mention mow the scraggy lawn, and scrape the leaves out of the pool...also with left hand!
Decide whether I have time to post another blogpost on either of my blogs...sort out photos for albums...it goes on and on...clean, tidy and sort out house that hasn't been touched for the last 20 years..mmm..
buy tshirts to decorate for the littlies for Christmas, think about when to make the Christmas jellies that I make every year, since they will all be here for an early gathering this year...
Sorry Joni..I should have done this on my blog....I couldnt resist...
Hope you have a good week...
