It is so nice to have an extended weekend...an extra day to just be. I might read, I might spend some time out in the garden, I might go for a long walk...or I might not do any of these things, but just knowing that I can stretch out and take my time enjoying the day is so wonderful. My house is quiet...everyone is gone doing their own thing. Kristin spent yesterday in Monterey and got home late last night. We were both kind of hungry so I made us breakfast at midnight. I enjoyed my time with her, listening to the stories about her day trip...she is so adventurous and fun to be around...she makes me smile. I love to hear her laugh and I love that she shares so much with me.I am truly blessed...
