Doesn't that look so yummy! Years ago some friends cooked us up a specialty of theirs called upside down pizza. They put all the pizza ingredients in a skillet upside down with the crust as the "cover" and baked it so all the seasoning flavors went up into the crust. Your skillet pizza brought back that memory for me. Thank you.
btw...the new style of your site looks really nice. You are so creative.
i know exactly what you mean my dear......that is where i "fail" to whittle away anything....so maybe we just need to throw out more of everything else to compensate? xoxoxo
i love your resolution.....sky is the limit....no beating yourself up....growing in the process...and fun at the same time!!! hugs to you and will be anxious to see what you decide to try each month!
I, too, like the new look. So crisp and clean! And the skillet pizza looks pretty nummy too! May have to try that in my black cast iron skillet that I cook everything in!
Warm up here in Alaska.....I was kind of disappointed to see very little snow! But it's great seeing our son!
Looks delicious. I'm glad I'm not the only one making resolutions. I did o.k. last year so why not try it again. I just found not making resolutions worked for me either, so what the hey! Good to see in blogland again. What's happened to Annette?
