all in a day's work

What a busy day. I spent the greater part of the afternoon doing yardwork...planting flowers, pulling weeds, pruning wild branches. Now I have blisters on my hands to match the ones on my feet. Kristin and I went for a long walk yesterday and I wore the wrong shoes. I knew better, but still did it anyway...

Are you watching your tomatoes like a hawk too? I can't wait for a ripe one!

Hope the blisters feel better!

And I walked in my Tevas the other night and now have shin splints! We should know better!

The tomatoes are looking good. Ours are coming along, but will be late. Hubby didn't get them planted till about two weeks ago thanks to 23 days of rain. But that's ok, it will be well worth it.

Glad you are out relaxing, Blistors will remind you to take good care of yourself. But are also badges of honor for work well done!

I can't believe the size of your tomatoes. Mine are still underglass for fear of frost.

Take care of those blisters! Oh, I am jealous that you are getting ripe tomatoes already. Our little plants just got in the ground a couple of weeks ago.

My goodness, I admire you ladies who plant good things to eat and enjoy. If I'd get off my backside, I might could do that. :)

I do love being outside though, and have the blisters also!! :)

Your tomatoes looks soooo good! I can just taste them now. Mine are a bit spinly, but hope they will perk up with the better weather!

Sounds like fun to me. I am anxiously waiting for the warm and sunny days so I can putter in my yard. I am so tired of the rain.

Your tomatoes look yummy! THere is nothing like a home grown tomatoe.

Have a great rest of the week.
