having heart

There comes a time when we have to move outside of our thoughts…outside of our well intentions…if ever we are to make a difference in anything we must engage ourselves…reach out…stop being lazy…take a step…stand up for something we believe in.
At some point it is necessary to be the people we think we are….to put action where our hearts are…there is NOTHING that cannot be achieved if we truly care…and caring isn’t isolated to our minds…
these words apply to most things ~

~ losing weight

~ being Earth friendly

~ taking better care of ourselves

stop thinking about something you want to do and DO IT!

Kudos to Kimberly for volunteering to walk 60 miles at the upcoming
Susan G. Komen 3-day Breast Cancer walk.
Do stop by and wish her well, visit her website and check out the event.

Do you have something bouncing around in your heart that you just haven’t taken action on?
What would it take?

Actually I do. I want to work with the homeless shelter. I thank God every single night I have a roof over my head and food to eat.

Everyone deserves a safe place to rest their head at night. What would it take?

Maybe a post like I just read?

Thank you for giving me a little nudge :)

You are Fantastic Joni! I like this energy level accompanying such a "get at it" message. You have never been in "Better voice."

Loving YOU!

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies with in us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

thank you for mentioning the 3-Day...and for having us look within ourselves....to make a difference!
hugs to you this beautiful morning!
